Congratulations on the outstanding employee you have in the way of Jesse.
After spending no less than 4 hours on the Internet investigating hotel options for my family's upcoming vacation, I concluded that the Beresford Arms offers the best mix of value and amenities in all of San Francisco (sosay I!)

And in order to ensure my reservation was properly booked, I decided to call the Beresford directly, and in doing so, had the good fortune of reaching Jesse on your reservation line.
In fact, I was so impressed with Jesse's comfortable professionalism and friendly demeanor that I booked my reservation (3 rooms, 3 nights each) with him, even though it meant paying a few more dollars vis-a-vis the rate available at Expedia.com.


I do, however, have one protest to file with you, Mr. Thornton! You simply must figure out a way to get Jesse out of Oregon and down to “The City” for a visit! I'm having fun with you, of course, but truly... Jesse represents the Beresford so well as it is, that I can't help wonder what a marvelous confederate he would be if he had a chance to visit the most enchanting city in North America....
My family and I are looking forward to our trip to San Francisco, and in particular, our stay at the Beresford Arms Hotel.
