I was so excited to find on the internet a hotel in Las Vegas that doesn't allow smoking and doesn't have the noise and chaos of gaming. I am so looking forward to our visit.
I wanted to compliment Amanda Kime, Reservations Specialist. As I'm sure you are aware, the first person you have contact with at any new venue, sets the tone of the trip, even though it is months away. Amanda has that magical combination of professionalism and friendliness, mixed with genuine enthusiasm. We swiftly got through the reservation process, and she even offered to wait list me for some of the specials that were offered, but that were not available. Amanda is a real gem.
We look forward to spending our anniversary in your hotel.
